It is important to clean and care for your ANDY Jewelry regularly and we have made it easy cleaning accessories and easy at home cleaning tips.

Polish frequently with a soft polishing cloth to maintain the jewelry's shine. A polishing cloth won’t remove scratches, so it’s important to protect your jewelry as detailed below.

Quick Care Tips

Make your jewelry the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. Book your jewelry in for an annual service check with a professional goldsmith to ensure the clasps, mountings and soldered details are secure.

Allergic reactions

ANDY jewelry is made from high-quality materials including Stainless Steel,Brass, Sterling silver 925, 18k gold and our unique metal blends plated with 18k rose gold and 18k gold. Without added nickel in our stainless steel,brass, and silver, our customers seldom experience allergic reactions.

How should I clean my Jewelry?

Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. This particular cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls (see Cultured Freshwater Pearls for more details).

A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches.
